- Obtainment of a Certificate of Liability Insurance naming the 12th Congressional Region Equipment Center as additional insured
Please be aware that any and all equipment rentals will require full payment before the rental piece can be delivered and your credit card number will need to be on file with pre-approval for any rentals over the already allotted paid time.
